Team members can order their
uni suits (required for all FCC rowers) and tech
shirts (optional) through our clothing and uniform coordinator, Leslie Stossmeister.. A tech shirt is similar to a long-sleeved Under Armour shirt, but done in the same colors
and style to match the uni suit. Rowers wear the tech
shirt over the uni for added warmth. The cost of the unit suit
is $85 and tech shirt is $55.
Separate from the uniforms and tech shirt is the
order form for FCC clothing. These items can be
ordered anytime. There is no deadline for
items ordered from this form. See our Links page for a

needed.

NYSSRA requires that all rowers within each boat wear the same clothing in competitions.

The basic uniforms take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive, so meeting the deadline on the order form is essential. The team jacket & pants can take 8 to 10 weeks to
arrive.

 Every so often someone will talk about pogies. But what are they? They are mittens for rowers. Click on the pic at right for a larger view of a pair of pogies. Rowers use them in cold, wet weather, although some regattas have rules against wearing them in a race. Pogies can be mail ordered through Row2K on the Links page. They can also be bought at some of the larger regattas.
