Athlete Registration

Complete all steps below before the start of practice

Athletes must be registered to start the season! Please make sure you go on Regatta Central and sign your athlete up! ALL items on this Registration checklist MUST be completed before the start of practice. Please review Registration Information for more details about registration and joining the club.

Registration Checklist

1. Register using Regatta Central

Regatta Central is a recognized roster management resource used by crew clubs and rowing programs throughout the US. To participate in practices and regattas for Fairport Crew, athletes must be registered either using Regatta Central through our website or directly at Regatta Central. Dues can be paid via credit card on Regatta Central.

2. Complete USRowing Waiver

A USRowing waiver is valid for one calendar year. FCC instructions for joining or renewing: USRowing Membership. Note that our club code is WLTC7.

3. Complete Registration Forms

Please note that the FCC Registration packet only needs to be completed once per year.

4. Submit Your Forms

Please turn in pages 1 & 2 of the Registration Packet AND the Dress Code & Attendance agreement to the FCC registrar by one of these methods:

  • Bringing form to Parent Meeting (if it occurs before the first day of practice).
  • Bringing form to the first day of practice.
  • Emailing form to the FCC registrar Doug McGee.
  • Mailing the form (as long as it will be received in advance of the first day of practice):

5. Pay Your Dues

If you did not pay by credit card on Regatta Central, pay your dues by check and include the check with the form submission.
